My name is Heather, I am an Arabic language student from California. I have studied Arabic for two years in the United States. However, I stopped studying for 9 months this year and forgot a lot of it. I can speak, read, and write basic Arabic. I have traveled and lived in 7 Arabic-speaking countries.
I want to improve "فصحتي" (my classical Arabic) in order to read easy newspaper articles, write professional and personal e-mails, and speak during meetings with important people.

My goals are to practice reading out-loud, writing professional and personal e-mails in Arabic, building new vocabulary (expressing and asking opinions, "I feel", asking questions, and answering questions), and a short grammar review. Reading: I would like the teacher and I to practice reading short, online news reports.
