Associate professor in the social sciences. I teach, do research, and am especially interested in internationalization in higher education.
In terms of Russian, my medium-term goal is to develop enough conversational ability to be able to communicate with people while visiting Russia. My reading and writing skills are likely somewhere in the high A2 level, but my spoken and listening comprehension -- not that good. I'm trying to do what it takes to get to a solid B1 level, so that I can pass an exam by the end of 2015. At that point, maybe I can start to focus on speaking in Russian about my two key interests: portrait photography and music.
Where possible, I do try to comment on notebooks and offer feedback if I feel it can be of use. Communities only work when people are supportive of one another!
