안녕하세요! I'm a Film and Television major at NYU; I recently declared my minor in East Asian Studies with a focus in Korean.
The best aspect about the film industry is you never know where you will end up. We are constantly traveling and experiencing new things. I have been exposed throughout my life to many cultures and have over time fallen in love with East Asian cultures; Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
I hope sometime in my life to be fluent in all three languages and spend time in all the countries.
I am looking for a language exchange partner/ a super cool friend. The best way to learn a language is by listening and speaking. So why not find someone you enjoy talking with and sharing stories with to learn more about each other, our separate cultures, and interests.
I am very fond of films produced in Korea, some of my favorite films are Korean, like;"Castaway On The Moon" or "I'm a Cyborg but That's Ok." There are many more I enjoy, and plenty I haven't seen. I would love to one day have the experience of working in the Korean film industry.
