Hello!! I am a 3rd year university student from Bangladesh, studying Dentistry. Born and raised in Dhaka, I moved to the United States for 3 years where I graduated high school. Now I reside back in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
I've always been very curious with languages and linguistics. I fluently speak English in addition to my native tongue - Bengali. As far as other languages are concerned, I can converse in Hindi at an intermediate level, understand Urdu reasonably well and pick up on popular Spanish dialogue with effort. Arabic, even after some exposure, remains a mystery to me.
I've attended Arabic classes in the past briefly. Hence, I am familiar with the Arabic alphabet and pronunciations and I'm able read Arabic text with a bit of assistance. My Arabic vocabulary, however, is very limited.
Primarily, I am looking for individuals who want to practice their English or want to learn Bengali, who in return will teach me how to converse in Arabic. Just to mix things up a little, I also plan on practicing my Hindi and maybe learning Spanish periodically.
