I joined italki in order to find native speakers of Spanish to learn from and practice with. I have a very beginner level of Spanish, so in the beginning I will probably be looking for a language teacher. When I've got enough of the basics I'll also be looking for language exchange partners.
I'm hoping to learn to communicate at an advanced level. While I'm a beginner, learning grammar is not my priority - I'd prefer to focus on being able to understand others and expressing myself, learning useful vocabulary and structures.
I'm currently working as a front-end web developer in Nice, France, and am also doing a Masters in Multimedia & Localisation. I'm a native English speaker from New Zealand and speak fluent French (having lived in Nice for 6 years).
