I have been learning Turkish for a couple of years and my reading is making some progress but I don't get much chance to practice speaking it and so it's quite basic.
I am British and live in the UK with my wife and children. I am an engineer in my 50's and I am educated to degree level. I regularly produce large written reports and so I have a very good command of English. My knowledge of English grammar theory is basic though. I travel overseas quite a bit - sometimes to Turkey! I am interested in music and travel, and I enjoy cycling and hiking. I would prefer a female exchange partner as I generally find women to be better communicators.
