I am moving to northern Spain in October and so I am trying to improve in as many fields of communication as possible. I am improving my Spanish, little by little, but I would also like to hear Catalan and Basque spoken so that I can become more familiar with them. Since I will be so close to the French border, I would love to understand a few French phrases that I might hear. I took French in high school, so I am familiar with it, but I don't remember much.
Also, I love the Russian language, I think it sounds beautiful and that is the main reason I am trying to learn it. I understand it is very difficult to master and it will take some time. That is the main reason why I am not concerned with learning it right now; I have so many other languages to focus on.
