Hi! I have always been interested in languages and culture. I have an interest in Swahili now and need practice practice practice.I think it would be most beneficial to have real street knowledge of the conversational style necessary to get by when I go to Kenya, (O.k. I should have just said Sheng to begin with.) I am interested in a lot of topics and would make an interesting language exchange partner with my language which is English. I like Photography, Painting, Paper arts, decorating, antiques, cooking cultural foods, being creative and learning something every day. I am married and have a million kids, well not that many, but I am teaching them Swahili too, that is actually when they listen to me the most. I am looking forward to being able to help each other out.
