I am a research graduate student in Hong Kong, an avid english learner who strikes to speak English well (1) culturally at the level of a high school student, and (2) professionally like those guys on Bloomberg TV or The Apprentice show.
I mostly pay teachers for a talk. But if you wanna have a language exchange, I am a mainlander, I can help you speed up your learning curve, providing you insights from my own experience. My Cantonese is only at a very basic conversational level (even though I have been here for almost 4 years now).
I believe in that if you speak/know a foreign language comparable to a high school graduate, you are almost perfect. College knowledge is merely major expertise.
