Ni Hao! My name is Peng and I am committed to ensuring you achieve the goals you are looking to accomplish in learning Mandarin. Every student is different, and I tailor my tutoring styles to the particular needs of each individual student. Before we even start the first tutoring session, I will work with the Parent/Guardian and/or the student to see how they feel they learn best. After each lesson you will receive e-mailed feedback on how the student did in the lesson and what they need to work on before the next session to ensure they are on the right path to achieving their goals. From the Beginner to the Advanced Student, I can help.
In my career, I have always taken the time to observe my students and to learn who they are. That knowledge has helped me to help them become better students and even better human beings filled with a passion for life and learning. I greatly enjoy bringing cultural experiences and promoting a global perspective to students by using thoughtful questions and creating an equal environment of communication. All while offering the student lots of time to practice their Mandarin language skills.
