Do you know what TGIF means? I am an ethnic Chinese American in a lifelong quest for Mandarin fluency. Professionally, I am a pathologist. In October 2011, I came to China and met many of my iTalki friends. After every encounter where we shared friendship, culture and language, I think both of us thought this very rewarding. Most evenings, after exercising, eating dinner and reading the Wall Street Journal, I will be studying Chinese. While I speak Chinese relatively well, I am looking to improve vocabulary in specialized areas.
And "Yes", that is me riding my bike. That is one of my passions, riding fast on my bicycle.
