I am just starting to learn Mandarin for a simple reason that my children are studying it. Not going to any class or anything like that. I just learn by listening to those videos on youtube. I also have little and limited knowledge of the japanese languange of which I took some classes many years ago. Perhaps I can find someone who can help me brush up on that one too. I am fluent in Malay and English so if anybody needs any help with the two languages, I might be able to help.
