I was born in the USA and went to Depauw University studying Political Science. After graduating, I began working as a commodity broker in New York. I moved to London after 3 years and continued to trade commodities which involved travelling all over the world. I then did a degree in Economics at Birkbeck College, University of London. I followed this with an MSC in Economics at London Guildhall University. I also did a masters in teaching. I then taught Economics at London Guildhall University part time whilst still continuing trading in Commodities.
I have written books and articles on Economics. I enjoy teaching Economics and English. I also enjoy reading, hiking, sailing and cooking. I now live in Italy with my wife in a small village.
