I'm a native speaker from the USA, and I have taught language for a long time. Learning to speak English can be a lot of fun if you set goals for yourself and stay patient with yourself.
Currently I teach Spanish to English-speaking teenagers, and I've taught English for 11 years to Spanish-speaking teenagers, and LOVED it. The blend has been very profitable and fun for me. I believe that with phonics and and an articulate teacher, anyone can learn a language.
