I joined with the hope this website will help improve my language abilities. I recently began studying Filipino and Spanish, though I've been spending more time studying Filipino the past several months. I hope to become conversational in both languages, but I am sure it will take time. I enjoy traveling and have been to 6 of the 7 continents so far. I recently traveled to Buenos Aires where I learned how beneficial it is to know Spanish. I traveled to the Philippines 2 years ago and would like to go back soon. I'm finding the best way to learn a language is to use it as much as possible, so you might as well go somewhere that you have to speak it, right?
