I am a 13 yr old fangirl who likes to watch anime and read manga. I decided to learn Japanese when I discovered how amazing Japan is while studying it in 6th Grade

I'm hoping that this website will help my Japanese study in whatever way possible. My favorite mangaka is Natsumi Ando (Ando Natsumi) because my favorite manga is Kitchen Princess and my favorite anime is anything by Hayao Miyazaki or Studio Ghibli. I guess you could say I watch too much anime. So much that I wish my life had an adventure in it. I try watching anime in Japanese with English subtitles, I keep a hiragana chart and katakana chart in my purse which I take with me whenever I'm out the door. More than half of the songs on my 3DS are Japanese or are Vocaloid (Yes, I love my Vocaloid!). The web takes up all of my study time (I'm such an otaku) that I almost never study Japanese but I'm signing up for SO many different language websites that hopefully I'll be on those.
My favorite school subject is English because I make lots of poems easily off the top of my head and within a few minutes. I always try to be a good person around my friends and be the role model. I love the club I'm in. If it weren't for them, I would have been depressed longer than I was. What club is it though? A manga club. Of course! But you might as well not even call it that. It's just a big group of girls. The leader is a girl! I guess it's a fangirl club! Ha ha! Not much in the way of school except manga club has anything to do with my obsession for Japan as far as I know.
Summer? Well let's see... My number 1 thing I do during the summer is sit in front of the computer. Otherwise I'm in bed on my 3DS drawing manga. Or if not all that, I'm off with my ward doing a party or enjoying some time with family (more like being forced to spend time with my family). My mom tried to get me into summer school for math but I wasn't accepted. The class was too full. My sister got in but I didn't. So my math teacher suggested a website that I havn't used once this summer. Haha! But every now and then I get depressed cause I miss my friends from manga club and try to organize a big manga club summer party even if I'm not in charge of manga club...
