These lessons will give you as the learner an idea of what it will be like to have me as your teacher and what will be involved in our lessons. This is more an introductory lesson to find out what interests you have.

We will talk about your goals with learning English and I can give you an overview/sample of different types of lessons, such as Business English, grammar lessons, etc.

The trial lesson is a great way for us to meet each other, which gives you the chance to decide if you think we’re a good match. During a trial lesson, I will ask you several questions about yourself, in order to get to know you better and find out more about your English level. This is also your opportunity to tell me about what you’d like to focus on and what you’re hoping to get from our lessons so that I can personalize them just for you!

In this lesson we will introduce ourselves and get to know each other. We can also discuss any topics of your interest! For example, some of the topics I like to discuss are travel, culture, history, self-development, technology, environmental issues, food, music, etc.

In our trial lesson, I want to know what your goals and aspirations are for English. We will conduct an assessment of your level to see what you need to reach your goals. We will take note of your hobbies, how much time you have in a week and also how you like to study as well. Towards the end, we can chat and get to know each other a bit more. :)

We can talk about your needs and wants and find out the best method for you to improve your English. I can create a structured lesson plan that incorporates reading, grammar, speaking, and listening . I could also create a conversation class and focus on areas that need improvement in terms of your speaking ability.
