hi :) I'm Narae and I am happy to be your Korean teacher! I am a native speaker and freshly graduated from the university. Although I'm not majoring in Korean, I have been learning English for quite a long time, so I can communicate with you in English when you have a hard time understanding Korean. As long as you can read Hangeul, I am here for you! I am patient and open-minded. You don't have to feel embarrassed not speaking the language perfectly. I will make the room comfortable enough to speak as much as you can.

Update: 23/02/01 I have been teaching Korean here in Italki for more than a year now. Most of my students are now my regulars, meaning my class is becoming helpful to them! My main goal is to focus on "how to speak Korean naturally". I don't have a fixed teaching method, but I can always fit your interests. Also, I ALWAYS SEND YOU FEEDBACK as a memo or google docs. I had taught myself English by watching American shows and youtube wishing I have a friend with who I can freely communicate. I'll be your friend like that in Korean! feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Let's chat in Korean and improve your speaking skills! Again, I don't have a fixed teaching method, but I can always fit your interests. but this is how normally my class goes: 1️⃣ Choose topics you want to talk about before the class. (If you don't want to choose, don't worry. I'll choose for you) 2️⃣ I will prepare things we will learn based on the topic. 3️⃣ I will type things we learn during the class. 4️⃣ After class, I will send you what we have learned today. 1️⃣토픽 고르고 2️⃣토픽에 대해 준비하고 3️⃣수업시간 중 기록하고 4️⃣수업 끝난 후에 정리 후 보내기 If you have any idea about the class, I'm willing to help you in your way!

i am loving my lessons with Narae! she is very personable and encouraging, and when I have trouble understanding something she is very good at explaining it. she also makes the class fun and makes me laugh, so that helps ease my nerves a lot! highly recommend a lesson with Narae <3
