Kulin, After a little searching, I think I may have found an explanation. The Bright Stripe Basket is a kind of gift basket that is decorated with bright colored stripes. It contains candies, nuts, cookies etc. http://www.findgift.com/gift-ideas/pid-108555/ Someone has made an order (49005) for some of these gift baskets and is making an inquiry about it. === The customer is also asking when the Gold Seal baskets will be available for purchase. Gold Seal (fruit baskets) are another type of gift basket made by a different company. http://www.fruitranch.com/goldseal.html

Here "gold seals" could mean business endorsements, support or government authorization for the products

Can you provide more lines of the dialogue? It looks like they sell some kind of baskets and they are looking for some new style for their products, and anyone of the company staff who works the new style out will be awarded a "gold seal/s" by their boss.

I suspect that "gold seal" is a term used by that company in reference to its products. If the company is not located in an English speaking country, it's possible that the term is used erroneously. In general, American comapnies often refer to words like "gold" something or other to indicate high quality.
