안녕하세요! I just completed my third lesson with 이고은쌤, and can honestly say that she is great. I live on the East Coast of USA so finding a native Korean teacher, with a clear love and passion for teaching the language, who also worked with my schedule was amazing. Not only that but she is efficient, effective, understanding, and forgiving of errors. As an educator myself I can say that 선생님 is clearly passionate about what she does, and about helping her students. Honestly, such a lovely individual. I have purchased more packages of lessons with her and am excited to continue my learning journey with her. I will say - you will learn A LOT of vocab, so keep this in mind when planning your studying. I personally like it, but can see how it may feel overwhelming to some. 감사합니다 선생님!

i was worried about having my first full lesson because an hour is a long time! but 고은 선생님 made it fly by in no time & i learned lots of new vocabulary. i’m thankful that 고은 선생님 is patient despite my awful memory 😆 looking forward to booking another lesson ☺️

I just did my first lesson with Goeun and I really enjoyed being able to talk in Korean for the whole lesson. She gives you a resource, but also leads the conversation with you in a natural way.

I just finished my 20th class with 이고은쌤. I’ve taken other classes and lessons before with different teachers, and can honestly say that 쌤 is one of the best that I’ve had. She’s kind, warm, funny, and relatable. I appreciate how she is forgiving of errors and super helpful. Her lessons and structure can be challenging, but in a good way, and time spent in classes with her just flies by. She does assign homework & vocab to review on your own, but she’s still understanding if you were unable to complete the assignments or study the vocab. Overall, I highly recommend her. ☺️ 선생님 정말 감사합니다! 주말 잘 보내고 다음 수업에서 봐요!
