我觉得最简单的健康食谱就是各种各样的粥。米粥,麦片粥,荞麦粥都又好吃又健康。再说,在超市现在可以买到速煮粥。这种不像以前的没有什么维生素的那样粥,相反,这种粥不仅做得很快而且保留全部有用的维生素和矿物质。
