I saw that when I talk about age the number 20 should be pronounced as はたち。But if I`m 22, should I say はたちにさあいです。??

Nope. For ages the twenties go: はたち にじゅういっさい にじゅうにさい にじゅうさんさい にじゅうよんさい にじゅうごさい にじゅうろくさい にじゅうななさい にじゅうはっさい にじゅうきゅうさい As you can see, only 20 is irregular

20 years old → はたち It's a special way of reading. Twenty is read as hatachi only when referring to age. 22 years old → にじゅう に さい わたしは にじゅう に さい です

It’s really great question! Counting the number is quite important part for learning Japanese. If you could check the number not only for the age but also date, that would be much great! You can say 20th(20日) is はつか! 😊
