Dear Sir or Madam! My name is Kseniia T. I am a resident of Boundary Road and I have been living here for the past six years. I am writing this letter to inform you about tea problem, that has arisen one week ago. The road in front of my house is seriously damaged due to years of wear from cars. The road is totally unusable now. I have to mention that renovation works on Boundary Road has done 2 years ago last time. During this time potholes, pits and cracks has arisen there.
