During last summer, our team successfully completed an investigation. We did this through the effective division of labor and joint cooperation in the face of an urgent deadline and a large number of tasks to be completed. At the start of the summer, the school gave us a sudden request to complete the research on the achievements of rural revitalization and publicize them within one week. Because of the urgent requirement and the large number of tasks, we faced great challenges in arranging the investigation tasks and cooperating online and offline, with only three out of ten members of our team being able to conduct the actual investigation due to the epidemic. As the team leader, I first did the online research and quickly discussed the overall research arrangement and division of labor with the team members. After the meeting, I went to consult with the school about the possibility of streamlining and concentrating the research tasks, and the reception capacity of the place being researched. After confirmation, we focused our research on three sections: talent revitalization, industrial revitalization, and cultural revitalization, and selected a typical case for specific publicity. After that, the team members prepared the research plan and interview outline according to the division of labor, conducted offline research, and met daily to synchronize the overall progress with the division of labor tasks of the team members on and offline. In the end, our research task not only fulfilled the school's requirements by completing the research task within the limited time and carrying out extensive publicity at all levels, but also incorporated the research content into a unified theme, highlighted the characteristic achievements of local rural revitalization, and won the honorary title of the school-level excellent social practice team in the final defense.
