The best thing to reduce stress is a long sleep. Also to reduce stress I can do that I like. For example I like reading. When I read the book the time passed very quickly for me. One or two months ago I started practicing a meditation around 10 minutes a day. This is help me in such situations.

The best thing to do when you want to reduce stress is to have enough good night sleep. I also do what i like the most in order to reduce stress like reading a book, that way time passes very quickly. Once or two months ago, I started participating in a meditation process for about Ten min per day. That helped me in solving this problem.
