As for this topic,I think I need a bedtime plan to push me have a healthy lifestyle.In my holiday,I always stay up late watching horror films on my smartphone, like The birds. Last night,After the film,I tried to go to sleep but I failed. Well,you know, horror movies always make people excited and afraid. I felt the movie screen played in my mind so I cannot fall asleep until 2am. However, I think it’s not good for my health and I cannot get up early for study.

I think I need a bedtime routine to push me to have a healthy lifestyle. On holidays (or, "on my days off"), I always stay up late watching horror films on my smartphone, like The Birds. Last night after the film, I tried to go to sleep but I failed. Well, you know, horror movies always make people excited and afraid. I felt like the movie screen was playing in my mind, so I couldn't fall asleep until 2 am. I think this is bad for my health, and then I also cannot get up early to study.
Good job Irene :) I don't know how you watch horror movies, haha.
