I'm thankful for my daughter and my husband. They are my best achievement. They support me when I fell and they give me the best moments looking at the world with another eyes. Besides I'm totally grateful for the opportunity of being able to learn another language and day by day improve it. At the end I'm thankful for the health of my parents, brother and my whole family.

Very good, just a few small points. Use "fall" habitually. Unless you meant a specific time you fell, in that case it would be "supported me when I fell" You didn't need "besides" because what you where talking about didn't contradict or go off course from what you were already saying. Also "totally" sounds a little too casual for something so personal. Other than that it was great!
