Hi there. I'm from small city on the west of Ukraine which is called Dubno. About 30000 people live there currently. There're few schools, medical and pedagogical colleges and even an university which is not good enough, not good is understatement by the way, I haven't heard about the one which was worse than that one. Because the city is getting better year after year I'm able to infer that the university won't be exception and citizens will be able to get a good education without mowing to another city. Although there're many problems and questions that have to be solved living there pretty quite and unstressed. There're parks and cafes and even a castle with awesome view to the river which flows past a big dark forest.

mowing? I don't understand at all. Maybe you want to say "moving". It's very unique and strange, according to English grammar rule, university does not use article "an" but "a". Normally, English language does not contraction in academic writing (there are - there're, there is - there's etc.)
