The best respite to lose weight to me is fish chicken eggs beans ,because they got lots of protein. And  carrots lettuce cucumber tomato , cuz they got lot of vitamins that you need. And fruits of course. Keep on exercise and go jog every morning, then you will get healthy and nice bodies

The best foods to lose weight for me is fish, chicken, eggs and beans because they have lots of protein.
