虽然允许生二胎，并不会减少买卖儿童现象，道理很简单，买卖儿童的并不是不可以生二胎，而是基本没法生，允许生多少胎都没有用，不能生就只好去买，因为收养很难。现在据说法律规定“买儿童的一样定罪”可能会起到一定作用，但最后能起多少作用，未知。

Hi, Celena. I don't know much about orphanages, but I live in the rural areas. The reason why most of people from countryside cannot afford the medical care is they don't have the same medical insurance as those who live in cities. It's rather expensive for us to see a doctor in daily life, not mention to pay for the treatment expense for a child with congenital diseases.

I believe no one is willing to abandon his/her child, they have no choices in many cases. More accessible and affordable medical care must help decrease the number of abandoned children.

I do think it's a possible solution to reduce the proportion of disabled children in orphanages.Actually，under my impression，there are some changes in the policy about medical care or education,which maybe could improve the situation. This is need be stressed that the above description is my impression.

     中国的孤儿院里更多是有疾病的孩子居多，大都因为负担不起昂贵的医疗费，父母铤而走险，希望有好心人能收留治好他/她。个人觉得这是一个不太好的现象，造成的原因很多。I‘m very sad about that.I know a Orphanage in BeiJing，it's belong to an Ameirican.

我个人认为现在孤儿院的女性孤儿应该没有从前多，现在孤儿院的孤儿一般是某方面带有残疾，或是智障的孤儿居多。
