Hiro
Favor? I would like you to check my grammar mistakes.

I wrote kinda thanks letter for my tutor, who always helped me work on my assignments at college. It's a surprise letter for her. She would think this is just another assignment we are going to work on as usual. But this is actually for her. Thank you for your time:)

The Most Marvelous and Cheerful Teacher in My Life

In my 21 years of my life, I met many different types of teachers. Most of them are just nice. Some are extremely boring. They just give lectures but nobody listens to them. Others are unbelievably funny like comedians, and time flies really fast in their classes. Some of them are really strict. They absolutely consider themselves as the king of a class. By the way, what defines a great teacher and who is she/he in my life. I have someone in my mind, and I would say that she is the greatest teacher in my life based on her personality, knowledge, and passion for work.

The reason I consider her as the greatest teacher in my life is personality. She is always bright, kind, and friendly. Last semester I had many difficulties about assignments, so I went to ask her at least twice a week during her office hour. Every time she greeted me with a beautiful smile and warm welcome. Her smile is always adorable. She is also really friendly to not only me but also everyone. I never hesitate to go see her when I have a question because it is more like going to meet my friend. I think there are many students who like her so much like me. That is why there are always students asking her in front of me. Her personality is really amazing and it makes me consider her as the best teacher in my life.

She has a lot of knowledge in different fields and can share with others in ways easy to understand. I often went to her to check my grammar mistakes and organization on my assignment. She always carefully explained me details I should change for better quality. For me, it was not only for getting a better grade but also for more fluent in English. Additionally, I often asked her about English literature, political science, resume, and even my scholarship applications. When I struggled in those difficult subjects, she was always with me. I would not pass those and get good grades without her. She was always willing to help me whenever I got questions and gave me many meaningful feedbacks. Since she can utilize her wide knowledge for other people in many easy ways to understand, no one might be greater than her as a teacher.

The last and most important reason to consider her as the greatest teacher is hew passion for. I think she loves teaching and sharing ideas with others from the bottom of her heart. She was energetic and passionate whenever I went see her. She is always professional. She never works depending on her feeling. She is such a role model to me. I actually want to teach other students Japanese someday because I became to teach something I have a full of knowledge, and she made me want to be like her. She perhaps made me realize the fun of both learning and teaching. That would be enough to consider her as the most unforgettable teacher in my life.

In conslusion, she is the greatest teacher in my life from these reasons, and that is you, Lorna. Moments we worked on my research paper, talked about weird cultural differences, and joked each other were really enjoyable in my college life, and I will never forget these moments. In addition, I have been selected to receive a CSN scholarship, which is Russell's Restaurant Customer $1,000. I am so glad with the fact I have been selected for the first time. I would not receive this scholarship without the times we worked on my applications together. Finally, I am currently working at Kabuto Edomae Sushi restaurant as a sushi chef. I will be working there on the weekends, so please come see me if you have a chance. I cannot thank you enough. Hope I can see your beautiful smile again in the future.

I cannot thank you enough, thank you for your time.
