“什么说” doesn't make sense. If you want to express "how to say", you can use “怎么说”

怎麼說: I won't eat in your restaurant anymore , the food is stale ! , I'm gonna get intoxicated for this !

→這個餐點根本不新鮮，真是令我快吐了，我絕對不會再到這裡用餐了。

怎麼說:adulterous woman

→淫婦、賤人

怎麼說:you want to rip me off cause I'm a silly foreigner

→你根本想騙我，因為我是外國人，所以你覺得我很愚蠢。

怎麼說:I'm getting late

→我快要遲到了or 我快要來不及了。
