I can't speak for everyone in Canada, but in my case, I always shower at least once a month, whether I need it or not.
Just kidding... actually every morning, and sometimes when the weather is hot (and especially when it's humid)
And yes, Canada is not covered in snow all year long.
We do have four seasons.
Summer temperatures average 25 degrees C, and sometimes get up to 33 degrees C.

Yes, after we finish taking a shower or a bath (this includes washing ourselves), then we are considered to be clean.
I don't think it depends on the country, it is on people's routines. I prefer having a shower at evening, to go to bed clean and not having to rush in the morning.
(Going to be CLEAN? Would we use clean for people, too?)
Always in the morning before going to work as I tend to sweat when I sleep. Sometimes again in the evening if it warrants, but rarely.
