I'm looking for ideas of how to practice using new verbs. Either in writing or speech. When I write notebook entries I still feel limited and wondered how you all go about integrating new things you pick up while learning.

Having new ways to say the same thing increases flexibility with the language and makes it feel, and you appear, more natural.
