Here's the deal, I'm a little behind on technology and all I use is my ipod for music because it's an old ipod that doesn't require wifi to use in my car. I know there's a lot of options out there and I'm a little overwhelmed. 

I'm looking for a device that I can use in my car that does NOT require wifi to use where I can listen to music WITHOUT commercials and also where I can specifically find talk radio from Spain. Basically, I want to listen to the Spanish (Spains) radio where they are talking about current events, politics, economics, ect. I specifically want the shows to come from Spain so I can listen to the accents that are from Spain. I don't want to hear the accents from the other Latin American countries.

Also, I have a budget of $20 per month to spend on whatever application this is where I don't have to use wifi/listen to music without commercials.

So my questions are:

1. What options do I have for devices?

2. Give a description of that device - is there a one time payment, a monthly payment, contracts, what services does it offer?

3. What radio programs are good to listen to that contain radio programs from specifically Spain that talk about current events, economics, politics or even have famous people from Spain go on there to do interviews?
