Can you help translate DAR and IR in English

I began learning verb conjugation. Can you please translate in English. I just need to comprehend better what each conjugation means. I didnt realize so many to memorize per one verb!!!Thanks.

I do have to point out that this is a very very bad way to memorize verbs. you should do it by one tense at a time

I hear you. I should learn one tense at a time. Conjugation is so cumbersome indeed.

The subjunctive is very hard to translate because it does not really exist in english
