your translation is correct, i m not sure with the word "renégocier" this word is particulary used in a business context.
May be "re-examiner" should be better or "redédouvrir".
and one more .
3 / Etudier <em>(no accent first letter caps )</em> et démontrer le mode d'écriture translationnel, .... or démontrer le mode d'écriture translationelle .. if it's the writing wich is translational not the mode.
