I've loved "koshary", as mentioned by Arwa Mohamed, when I was in Egypt. I used to eat it almost everyday!
In my Country I love pizza with every kind of topping (except pineapple, which is not exactly 'Italian style') and pasta with every kind of 'salsa' ^_^ Telling the truth, I eat pasta EVERY day.

I'd have to say American Chinese food lol. That always seems to hit the spot.
A food unique to Southern California is something called "carne asada french fries". Essentially, this is a heap of french fries covered in grilled steak, guacamole (avocado), sour cream, beans, cheese, and pico de gallo. It's pretty amazing. Whenever I'm down south, I always make sure to get an order :D
