Alliteration Defined:
Alliteration is a poetic technique in which the first consonant sounds of words are repeated in close succession (close together in a phrase or sentence).
To put it more simply: alliteration is when the beginning sounds of words repeat. The sound is usually a consonant and the words don’t have to always be right next to one another.
One of the fun features of alliteration is when it becomes a tongue twister.

Donald Duck

Simple examples of alliteration
Come and clean your closet.
Shut the shutter before it starts to shudder.
Round and round she rapidly ran until she realized she was running round and round.
The big bad boy was as busy as a bee.
Paula planted the pretty plants in the pot.
Larry’s lizard likes leaping over large lying leopards.

How about reading a sonnet by Shakespeare? When someone says alliterations, Shakespeare comes to my mind.
When to the sessions of sweet silent thought
I summon up remembrance of things past,
