@Carrie - it conquers your heart? That's so violent; does it hurt? I like 宮保鶏丁 (kung pao chicken) and 北京烤鴨 (peking duck). I like a lot of other chinese food, but can't remember their names. Oh yeah, I also like 啤酒魚 (beer fish); I ate it in Guilin.

My kids love 小笼包, my husband too, but he also loves 松鼠桂鱼. Well, he is Chinese. Me, as a German, I like 饺子，馄饨，鱼香茄子，臭豆腐 and 蹄膀.
