How easy/difficult a language is to learn, depends on so many different things.

- your native tongue (and what language family it is).

- other languages that you know (at least a bi of).

- where you live.

- how much time do you have for studying

- is there a different writing system/lettering in the language.

-how well can you do the accent of your chosen language.

-the support from native speakers
(Hebrew is a very difficult language, but the genuine support people can get from Israelis makes it much easier (this is just my experience, I believe the same goes for every other languages).

And much much more, it is very personal who finds which languages easy/difficult.

Like i said, I think it depends on what your native language is. For English speakers, Dutch is pretty easy compared to others, as is German, (and the other way round too) ,  followed by the Romance languages of Spanish, French, Italian, etc. That’s because they’re just closer grammatically and in their vocabulary. The Eastern languages, like Russian, I would think, would be hard (not impossibly hard), but the Asian languages are just off the scale hard for an English speaker. But, in spite of that, I think all foreign language learning is hard, regarding any foreign language. No one should ever say any language is „easy“ to learn. It always is upsetting to hear people say, „Oh English is easy.“ No, it’s not. You can tell that by just casually perusing the posts here on this board. It‘s not easy for most of the non-natives posting here. It’s not something  you master in a matter of a few months. Some languages are easier than others to learn for some people, compared to others, but no language is „easy“.

Ela G. capitally described all the main factors affecting the complexity of learning the language.
Of course, one of the main factors is your native language and other languages that you know.
For European languages, there are comparative tables of similarity, such as in the article Lexical similarity https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lexical_similarity
Similar comparisons exist within language groups, for example, Romance, Slavic (http://wiki-org.ru/wiki/Лексическое_сходство), Asiatic (https://bilingua.io/chinese-japanese-korean-language-comparison) and other groups
It is clear that for the Slavic countries all the Slavic languages will be much easier to learn (even despite differences in the alphabet system such as Cyrillic / Latin). For example, I learned Polish only for 1 year (easily understand by ear, I read books with pleasure or listen to audio books in Polish), but I've been learning English for 40 years, but I still do not have that ease in understanding, although I mastered all the skills of English: I read , I write, I speak, I understand oral, but all this is difficult, there is no such ease as with Polish.
At the same time, there is an opinion that Polish is one of the ten most difficult languages (https://unbabel.com/blog/japanese-finnish-or-chinese-the-10-hardest-languages-for-english-speakers-to-learn/ ).
