How you gather all informantion and speak what you thinking? Had you trouble with that? Have you ever faced this issue? To gather all informantion (words) in your mind and had you a struggle to speak? Me too. 
I'm a english learner as well, and trying to figure out how is the better way to change this situation. I've already realized which to  pratice is the most important in our learning curve.
