- 인스타글램에서 dm으로 얘기하지 그랬어? (X) - 그랬어 is in the past tense, so it's like "Why didn't you ...?".

- 인스타그램의 dm으로 왜 나한테 말 안 했어? (X) - Same. 안 했어? is in the past tense.

- 인스타그램 디엠(dm)으로 말해 주실래요? (O) - Correct - present/future tense.

And "you're feni that i know, right?"

- 안녕 혹시 내가 아는 사람 feni씨야? (X) - "안녕" sound unnatural. -야 ending is rude when you're not sure who it is.

- feni 씨시죠? 그렇죠? / 혹시 feni 씨세요? (O) - You can add 내가 아는 in the beginning, although it really isn't much of a clue.
