Sounds a bit odd when you frame it that way. You could say “I would like to go to the park to play and hang out” an English native speaker just wouldn’t say “informally” it doesn’t sound right. Hope that helps

then, you can say
"아~ 공원(에) 가고싶다" , "공원(에) 가고싶어"
you don't have to say (에)-part . that can be omit.
