what is necessary to improve, in your country, the Quality Working of life? Hello Everyone, Is everything ok?

Well, I have been studying in my graduation how to improve the QWL in our business and company. This is a difficult issue that we have here in our country because many, not all, managers have the difficult to understand the employee has a life to care and family to live together. 
I also see it as a method to motivate a person or people to work better or live better. 
I would like to know if it is possible what your business or company has been doing to improve or implement the QWL and if you will have an opportunity what you will do to do this in your business or company?
