You're right, Intan, it's best not to expect anything. It is also extremely difficult to live this way. If we can manage to not have expectations, then all the good that comes to us feels like a gift. It's just very difficult to do . . . I understand how you are feeling. I've felt that way many times and it never gets easier. We just have to try to learn from it.

So once again today, I relearned what I have previously experienced not to expect too much from people or anything. Sometimes life seems to treat us nicely by sending us people or placing us in a situation which makes us comfortable, then.. without asking permission it takes it or them back while we were expecting so much.

You will have to compare the two texts, because otherwise your text will be a complete mess and a jumble of yellow and red and impossible to read or follow.
Most people would be unable to decipher what you are trying to say.
For it is through expectations that we may push ourselves and others further than we might have otherwise thought.
By setting an expectation, you are setting for yourself or for someone else, the bare minimum for which you think is right.
That expectation serves as a goal. A marker to strive for.
Should we fall short, I'd say that would be a different conversation.
It does not make one a failure though.
