My recommendation is to try looking for music in Spanish and learn the lyrics, it will give you more confidence about Spanish pronunciation. And my second advise for you is to think as much as possible in Spanish, during your way to work, while taking a shower, while doing chores, etc. 

Force yourself to keep a conversation with yourself in Spanish and then you will feel more confident about finding native friends.
