Hanna, there are websites dedicated to improving hearing words. This improves fluency if you also try and copy the pronunciation. Then you can work with a tutor who can help you improve conversation - correcting you as you make mistakes, and helping you to say what you want to say. This will always work the best - especially if they help you with your confidence as well.
Watch movies and try and copy the sentences sometimes. Learn 5 new words every day.
Those are the basic tips.

You need to practice to speak in order to be fluent. One language cannot be translated to another language just like that. Some cannot be translated. If you are learning japanese, you need to be japanese. If you are learning mandarin, you need to learn to think like chinese. Thats my opinion though.

Thank all of you for the advice ! Yeah to develop thinking is very important in learning another language . We should not just translate when speaking but thinking . It can save a lot of time in communication .
