I'd say, hold on to your phone tightly or you may drop it and it could break.

Instead of saying “strongly “ in this context, I would use “tightly”. I would also suggest you cut out the word “keep”. It would flow better if you said it like this: “Grab your phone tightly or it might get dropped and broken.”
