Good video, thumbs up from a native English speaker.

Lot's of English people would say 'er' (pronounced urr) in the same place, but your word is better where possible, sometimes 'er' may be more suited but it is not seen as professional.


Expressing hesitation.

"‘Would you like some tea?’ ‘Er … yes … thank you.’"

@sa'ad, Thank you for your comment. The problem is sometimes people can say "Er" for long periods of time, hence why I recommend saying "well" instead.
